Craig was actually great to work with. Very kind and professional. I would give HIM a rating of 9 out of 10. I would give my OVERALL experience at your dealership a 5 at best. When I called to schedule my appointment, I was told that there would be a shuttle. My appointment was on a Saturday, there was no shuttle so I had to spend $30 on an Uber ride home. My repairs took four full days to repair instead of one or two (I admit that I didn't remember I had a recall notice until I came into the shop, but I was told it would only add a few hours). My shuttle when it was finished was 30 minutes late and I missed an important work call. Again, Craig was great but I won't be coming back to this repair shop.
