I'm an expert in Chevrolet products and services, and I'm always happy to share my knowledge with others. Outside of work, I'm a dedicated family man with three rambunctious boys. I enjoy spending time with my wife, who works in travel and has taken me on amazing adventures to South Africa and beyond. I'm also a big fan of Vikings, Bloomington Jefferson, and anything outdoors, including water and snow skiing, and riding my Harley. I believe that humor is essential, and I love to discuss traveling and cabins with anyone who will listen. Perfect experience, David was friendly and easy to work with. He gave me an estimated cost, explained the service and timeframe it would take for my vehicle, He arranged a shuttle to drop me off at work. Overall great experience. A good example of overdelivering on a service.

David was great. The service was done quickly and professionally. Why am I giving this dealership a terrible rating? They are charging a 3 percent surcharge for using a credit card! I've had the GM Mastercard for years, and always put my bill on the card. I rack up points that I can use on parts, service, and even the purchase of a new GM car. I've called other GM dealerships in town. Rosedale Chev doesn't have a surcharge. Luther Chev doesn't have a surcharge. I will be having my two chevys serviced at Rosedale or Luther from now on.

David was great- he took the time to take a ride in my car with me to find the sound I was hearing. I appreciated him giving 10 mins of his time when he was very busy. He was calm, listened, apologized, and tried to find a solution or explanation. Out of every service consultant in the maintenance department I’ve gone through in the past, David has truly been the only one who genuinely showed care/concern to help.
