I was surprised that my scheduled appointment was going to take 2-3 hours when I brought it in. I’m 65 years old. I’ve had many different cars serviced at many different locations. This is my first EV, so I get that things might be different, however that was the longest estimate for a routine maintenance time I’ve ever had. The people were very nice and friendly. I have no concerns about that. It also turned out that it didn’t even take that long. I decided to walk home. I live 4.2 miles away. I normally could walk that distance in 1 1/2 hours approximately. They texted me before I got home saying my car was done. Everyone and everything was great except the estimate of repair time threw me off. If not for that, my score would have been higher.
